Why we do what we do

Many of our members come to us with busy lives and big ambitions, struggling with low energy and the sense that their body is slowing down. Elite exists to change this. 

We develop science-based training programmes to help you move, think and perform at your best for years to come. The data we measure and guidance we deliver is designed to give you lasting control over your energy, mobility and resilience.

Our fitness and longevity hubs combine high-quality equipment, balanced lighting and minimal noise to help you train with intention. Each location is capped at 200 members to create a crowd-controlled environment, and we make sure there’s always a personal trainer on-site to provide extra guidance when needed.

And since life is all about balance, we also focus on developing your mental strength and capabilities by hosting carefully curated Elite Connect sessions. You can find out more about our monthly sessions here.

Every single body is different. We start each one of our programmes by measuring yours using the latest methods and equipment on the market.

From energy levels, recovery and mobility to DNA analysis and cell-level diagnostics, we’ve got the expertise to help you improve your longevity and extend your health span.

Whether you’re on our data-based Elite Fitness and Personal Training plans or following a DNA-based Elite Blueprint programme, our trainers will have you making sustainable progress that you can really feel from week to week.
